Terms Of Service

If you (the customer) do not agree to these terms during the negotiations of a sale, then I reserve the right to cease all business interactions with you which may include blocking your account.

"The work" or "work" refers to the commissioned piece of artwork (Sketch, Digital Artwork) in the context of these terms. First person language, such as "I", "Me", "My" or "I've, refers to the artist, Puckuchu/Jolly_Rocketchu, who is being commissioned.>You must confirm that you are over 18 when Commissioning NSFW.
>I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
>I reserve the right to cease business interactions with anyone I choose at any time for any reason.
>I will not draw characters having sex. Do not try and negotiate this with me.
>I will not draw content which breaks federal law.
>I will not draw most hard fetish material, which includes but is not limited to S&M, gore, blood, urine, feces, etc. (You can find these also listed within the Blacklist which can be found further down under Commission Guideline.)
>I will draw your character or characters nude if you choose.
>All commissions are separate and will be processed and sold separately.
I retain ALL rights to the work I create and can use it in any way I like, which includes posting it on my social media if I so choose.Payment:
>Payment is required up front for the sketch of a commission.
Cashapp, Paypal, or Venmo are the only acceptable methods of payment.
>You (the customer) are entitled to 2 free edits (modifications) to your commissioned sketch. Additional edits will cost either $10 for a minor modification or $20 for a major modification. (Minor edits must constitute less than 25% modification of your sketch while anything greater than that will constitute as a major modification.) Edits will be presented to you after they have been made.
>Digital artwork is broken up into two parts:
The draft (sketch) and the "finished" (completed) work. For digital art, you must first pay for a sketch (draft) of the work. The price of the sketch will be deducted from the price of the digital art. After you have confirmed that you are satisfied with your sketch, you must pay the remaining balance for the work to be "finished". If you do not pay the remaining balance, the work will not be "finished".Your commission may take up to 6 months to complete depending on the circumstances (such as queue times, or quantity of artwork commissioned). Please be patient and know that I value you as a customer! If I am unable to present you with a "finished" commission 6 months after the work was purchased, then you are entitled to a refund.A work is "finished" when I deem it so. I do not offer edits to work I deem "finished".

Commission Info

I'd prefer Commissions taken on Discord. you can find me at the top of the list of online users on my server, and send me a direct message about your commission. however if you're not comfortable with Discord I can take Commissions elsewhere. I just can't guarantee the quality of the image being good.You must give me all the information you want within your description for a Commission. if you do not I will use my creativity to fill the gaps. And if you do not at any point specify no Background I'll probably add one if you chose any full detail options. You must comply with me because I'll CERTAINLY comply with you :)SFW Pictures will be posted on my social media. I will draw just about anything! If you're unsure about details, I'll add flair to your picture. Unless you don't want me to ;-;NSFW or anything fetishy will strictly be furry, no exceptions. These will be posted where you'd expect them to be. I'll draw multiple characters in these if you ask. it will not include Humans (Anything resembling Humans like "Girls with Cat ears." list goes on.) and as stated before there will be no sex. tragic to some, I know.

A recreation of my Traditional style I use when drawing pencil sketches. Crosshatch shading with or without highlights. With or without colorization.<>$100 - Signature Style.

No outlines, almost looks messy, but pretty. like a painting!(Examples will be made later when I have them...)

Examples of what you'd want (Pose, Backdrop, Character Details.) can be presented and are all fully acceptable! I won't trace them and instead try to replicate them to the best of my ability. 100% my work.

Suggestions.

For other additions, or other things I could do to spice up my commissions are welcome! However this would be done on my Discord server under the Suggestions.
I won't accept price suggestions unless I explicitly ask.
