Terms Of Service

If you (the customer) do not agree to these terms during the negotiations of a sale, then I reserve the right to cease all business interactions with you which may include blocking your account.

In this agreement, second person language such as "you" and "your" both refer to the customer/commissioner. First person language such as "I", "Me" or "My" refers to the artist who goes by Puckuchu or Jolly_Rocketchu on social media. "The work" or "work" in this context refers to the commissioned piece of artwork (whether that be a sketch or digital artwork).>You must confirm that you are over 18 when Commissioning NSFW.
>I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
>I reserve the right to cease business interactions with anyone I choose at any time for any reason.
>I will not draw characters having sex. Do not try and negotiate this with me.
>I will not draw content which breaks U.S. federal law.
>I will not draw most hard fetish material, which includes but is not limited to S&M, gore, blood, urine, feces, etc. (You can find these also listed within the Blacklist which can be found further down under Commission Guideline.)
>I will draw your character or characters nude if you choose.
>All commissions are separate and will be processed and sold separately.
I retain ALL rights to the work I create and can use it in any way I like, which includes posting it on my social media if I so choose.Payment:
>Payment is required up front for the sketch of a commission.
Paypal, or Venmo are the only acceptable methods of payment.
>You (the customer) are entitled to 2 free edits (modifications) to your commissioned sketch.
Additional edits will cost either $10 for a minor modification or $20 for a major modification. (Minor edits must constitute less than 25% modification of your sketch while anything greater than that will constitute as a major modification.) Edits will be presented to you after they have been made.
>Digital artwork is broken up into three parts:
1: The rough draft. (This will be a rough sketch based on your description. At this stage, you are entitled to request up to two free edits of the rough draft).
2: The refined sketch.
3: The finished, "completed", work.
Each stage will be presented to you where you will have the opportunity to request edits for the rough sketch and refined sketch. If you are satisfied with the current stage, then I will begin working on the next stage. (Requests must be made within one week of a stage being presented to you. It is the responsibility of the customer/commissioner to make requests within the time frame, otherwise I will automatically move on to the next stage of development).
*Once the final stage of development has been reached, the finished, "completed", work will be presented to you. From here, you may request minor edits to be made to the picture (which must constitute less than 5% of the total area of the artwork.), at the cost of $10 per edit. (Requests to edit a "completed" artwork must be made within 30 days of the day they artwork was "completed").
*A piece of digital artwork will be "completed" at the discretion of the artist. Once an artwork has been deemed "completed", the artist reserves the right to refuse any further requests made in regard to the commissioned artwork. All commissioned non-commercial artwork produced by the artist remains is the property of the artist and may be shared on social media at the discretion of the artist (I want to show my work to people!).Your commission may take up to 6 months to complete depending on the circumstances (such as queue times, or quantity of artwork commissioned). Please be patient and know that I value you as a customer! If I am unable to present you with a "finished" commission 6 months after the work was purchased, then you are entitled to a refund.A work is "finished" when I deem it so. I do not offer edits to work I deem "finished".

Commission Info

I'd prefer Commissions taken on Discord. you can find me at the top of the list of online users on my server, and send me a direct message about your commission. however if you're not comfortable with Discord I can take Commissions elsewhere. I just can't guarantee the quality of the image being good.You must give me all the information you want within your description for a Commission. if you do not I will use my creativity to fill the gaps. And if you do not at any point specify no Background I'll probably add one if you chose any full detail options. You must comply with me because I'll CERTAINLY comply with you :)SFW Pictures will be posted on my social media. I will draw just about anything! If you're unsure about details, I'll add flair to your picture. Unless you don't want me to ;-;NSFW or anything fetishy will strictly be furry, no exceptions. I'll draw multiple characters in these if you ask. it will not include Humans (Anything resembling Humans like "Girls with Cat ears." "Face of a Human with a furry body." list goes on.) and as stated before there will be no sex. tragic to some, I know.
